    Great for beginners learning to do gel nails at home!!I purchased these stones to use as bling for my nails. I'm very new to doing my own gel nails at home and I wanted to be able to recreate a lot of the pictures I see on IG and FB. I really like them, they are very pretty once you apply them to your nails and add a top coat to them. Unfortunately without a top coat these rhinestones look as cheap as they are "still cute though :)" A lot of mine were dull looking and had no shine to them, seemed dirty in a way. But again with a top coat that goes away. I purchased a gel resin to apply these and I honestly don't see the difference than just using a gel base coat then curing them with my lamp. So don't feel like you need any fancy (expensive) glue to adhere these to your nails.Simply apply a thin layer of gel base coat, add the stones, cure in your uv/led lamp, apply gel top coat, cure again, spray nails with alcohol to remove sticky layer, ALL DONE!Once I run out I will definitely buy again, my goal is to use these and learn how much or how little of the base and top coats to use to get the maximum wear out of these before I make the big plunge and buy swarovski crystals . If you apply too much of the base/top coat and it gets on your skin and you don't clean it before you cure your nail it will start to peel and all your stones will come off all in one layer. (Meaning you can actually pull off the stones and top coat as if it were just a sticker on your nail) If you just add them randomly I don't think you'll have this problem. I added these to my natural nail without any tips or builder gel and all my stones came off in one layer (I have really short nail nails)5All the sizes separatedI decided to separate the stones out for a particular art project. It took me about 30 min to do so and I realized that they really do give you a lot of rhinestones. The uploaded pics are of each of the sizes separated and in comparison to a metal earring backing, which is roughly 5mm.Here is my rough estimate of how many stones of each size you receive in the 400 pack-- and it's position in my pics.6mm- ~20 (right arm)5mm ~40 (right leg)4mm ~150 (head)3mm ~150 (left arm)2mm ~40 (left leg)5Prettier in person!These arrived within 12 days, all the way from Hong Kong, which is pretty fast! They are shiny and as good or better than the photos. I didn't count them to see if there were 400 pieces, but there seems to be plenty and I feel I got my money's worth and would purchase them again. These can be useful for so many things, nails, crafts of all kinds.5Shine Bright Like a DiamondThe gems definitely served their purpose for what I needed them for. I purchased them to bling out some Converses for my daughter's birthday, and the shoes turned out great. They were a more economical choice for me, seeing as though I did not want to spend an outrageous amount of money on Swarovski crystals. They have a great shine and worked well with the E6000 glue that I was using to adhere them.5Heavy multicoloredBeautiful and heavy - but not so heavy that they'll weigh your hand or your art down. Several sizes included. Some nail art gems are so light that you can loose them once you remove them from the packet. Not these! You can use these gems for nail art or any kind of art. Even the tiniest ones have weight to them and shine. They are, in fact, multicolored, and so change as you move them. Love these!!!Update:6/1/17Wanted to include pics using these pieces. Well worth the money!!!5Good for the priceThese are very decent for the price. I will say that if you've ever used real Swarovski crystals you will be able to see a clear difference in quality. I used these on my nails and within a few days the sparkle had dulled a bit. I ended up just using these as "filler" crystals for when I make a heavily rhinestoned item and I don't wanna use all my more expensive rhinestones.4Already reordered!Absolutely love this product. The stones arrived early and were packaged so cutely. Applied with clear top coat and they didn't come off for a whole week. The stones also keep their shine without loosing their iridescence for a long time. So beautiful I ordered them a second time just so I don't have to worry about running out.5They are good for the price and the extra goodies made me smile.Let's be honest, I bought these because they were inexpensive and I wanted to play with bling a bit. They stick on nails very well and sparkle nicely, but after a week or so I noticed the iridescent material started to disappear and they became clear. However, this is easily solved by putting a clear coat or glossy gel top coat over them. Also I tend to wash dishes and such with my manicure so im sure if you are more careful this won't be an issue. I will buy these again simply because the seller seems super sweet and they even sent a little mix bag of their other gems and appliques to try for free.5Illumines gems that stand out!!Beautiful beautiful gems I used to create my EDC day 3 outfit! They shone every time I made a movement, which was just what I was looking for! I used e6000 adhesive to make sure they stood and that did the damn job!! I bought two packs just because there are A LOT more small sized ones than the larger ones, but that was not a problem for me at all!5Took me days to decide if I wanted to buy this item.I was very unsure if I wanted to buy this product due to the reviews I read about what people were receiving for this posting. But, as I researched and looked into the reviews about the dealer and as well seeing that there were more positive reviews compared to the negative ones, I decided why not. For about $6, if you compare it to the quantity you'd receive for any kind of crystal in Michael's, it wouldn't be as much aa 400 pieces. Of course I haven't counted if there are exactly 400 pieces, but when I thought about it, even if there were less than 400, it's a lot more than what I would get at Michael's. The resins these are very pretty. Only a few were scratched, but that's okay. I liked the variety of the sizes it came with, I wished there were more smaller ones than the big ones. I do love the extra little pouch with different varieties of crystal's/gems! It allows me to experiment with different looks other than always using ab crystals.5
