    Very niceThese are light and pleasantly sparkly - not crazy about knitting with plastic but items work up so quickly it's not a problem, and I've really enjoyed using them for some throw blankets.5Sturdy construction and great manufacturingThese are really strikingly awesome and I didn't realize they were German made! I've used several different needles in the past and I can tell that these are made with a different process and will stand the test of time and use. I especially like the flexibility in the cord. The "cable" between the two needles is very flexible and doesn't get in my way like some of the other types of plastic cables. No kinks, no bends... Needles have a medium sharpness, which work well for worsted weight/blucky yarns.Shipping: I was sent 16 in needles instead of 40 in. I always wanted to buy Addi Turbo needles but always ended up buying the cheap generic needles at the craft store. Well I am currently knitting a blanket for my sister and I kept breaking the craft store needles because I am assuming my project was too heavy. After breaking a third set I gave up I was wasting so much time. I went on amazon and ordered the same size needles and they are holding up beautifully.I have even noticed that I am knitting faster because they are just so smooth and easy to use. I am sold and will be purchasing more sizes.The king size blanket I am knitting is now half done and I couldn't be more excited.5Excellent.I have used circular needles since the 70s. They are a necessity it you have cats who I like to play with your knitting!! and if you ever knit it public, at meetings of any sort. You can avoid the embarrassment of dropping a needle 'clannnng' on the floor.5Sometimes you get what you pay forI had purchased another brand of circular US 17 needles. The cord came off on both sides of needles, within a week. Purchased turbo to replace the broken, and I've been very pleased. I've purchased Turbo before and have always been pleased. I purchased cheap on the first needles because I didn't think I would use again because of sucha large size. I read where someone said they were the blue cord turbos but what I received were the gold cord premiums. I did a lot of research to find out the difference between the two, which most people say they are identical but what I have found, in comparison to my blue cords, the gold cord feels slightly more rubbery and somewhat gummy. Still a good product, but this was not what I ordered or what I was hoping to receive.2
