    Quality fastenersFirst of all they're actually steel and not aluminum or some cheap tin.Also they are made in america which is what i require when i make a kydex sheath or holster. The package says proudly made in USA 5High quality post screws and o-rings made in the USA - definitely would recommend for kydex or other DIY projectsThe post screws arrived promptly in a neat package and were exactly what I was looking for. They came in a pack of ten with good quality rubber o-rings as pictured. I personally used them as retention adjustment screws as well as clip fastening screws for my DIY kydex holster project using .080" thickness kydex. The screws cleared that thickness of kydex wonderfully and I could see them doing fine with thicker variants of kydex as well. For my retention screw I used 3 of the included o-rings for spacing as I molded my holster very tightly and was still able to get the screws together easily. They held together well and did not loosen with usage, though I'll be adding a little loctite in the future just for a little extra peace of mind. I was also extremely happy to hear these are made in the USA as well as is manufactured by a small family run operation. 5Made in Merica!Nice, but a bit pricey like every other Chicago screw set. At least these are made in the USA. I did that. The flat ones look pretty slick. Will be placing another 25 order soon. 50 or 100 packs would be nice to bring cost down a bit. 4Nice quality itemJust what I wanted to finish off my project 5Flawless qualityGood quantity for the price, I had more then enough for my needs. It worked very well for my projects, a gun holster and a few knife sheaths all made out of kydex. For fastening two sheaths together these are not long enough at all but buy a few longer screws and the spacers with this set do great to keep from overtigthening and warping the sheaths. Great option for a do it your self kinda guy like me! 4Great quality, finish is very nice. They all worked.I bought these to replace another brand I bought previously that had duds that would not screw together. These are so much better, the machining looks better the finish is better and so far they have all screwed together with no duds. At just under a dollar each item it can be the most expensive part of some sheaths so it is nice to get what you pay for = fasteners that work. These will be my go to from now on. 5Good QualityNot using these for holsters or leather/kydex - have a woodworking project where I'm attaching aluminum stock for purpose of hanging files. Needed a solution that was exact in size, black with nice finish, and not an eye sore like normal nuts/bolts/caps. These do have a nice uniform finish and low head thickness. The length of both the screw and nut are exactly 1/2" if you measure from underneath the head to the end. Because the screw can go 'through' the nut, you can tighten in addition to the half inch. I'm using a 13/64" drill bit that fits the female side perfectly with no gap. The washers are rubber and a little over 1/16" - that's not an exact measurement. They're pretty soft and squish and move if you over tighten. 5Pretty nifty! It makes all the difference when you ...Product was delivered timely and worked perfectly for the project at hand :-) Thank you! I am a 3rd party contractor in the pest control industry and wear a Batman belt. I was making an articulting arm to carry something called a critter catcher. Basically it's an apparatus that grabs spiders safely without killing them. I have a rear stow compartment mounted with tek loks and was able to build off of it from there. Pretty nifty! It makes all the difference when you have the right kind of hardware and these binding posts are the bomb diggidy!Highly recommend vendor. 5Precision made!This order arrived on time in perfect condition. These work just fine and I should be able to put them to good use in the future. They are made with a high quality and precision. The item that I bought them for is a sheath for a Kbar BK 11 sheath, but these were too large to mount a metal belt clip. I have many kydex holsters and plan on making my own in the near future so these will come in handy.
