Useless customer serviceThis is NOT designed for gaming. Most gamers use WSAD to move. After just 2 months the A stoped working. It's hard to game when you can't turn left. I talked to bluefinger about the warranty. It's less than normal at only 6 months not 1 year. They wanted a video as proof. I filmed it on my phone and uploaded it YouTube as proof and it was denied twice. I finally said screw it and bought a logic tech mouse and keyboard. While it worked it was great but when the issues started customer service was useless. The only reason I have it 2 stars and not 1 is because the mouse still works. I replaced it because the left click is started to feel off.2Not really a "gaming" setupI wanted to wait a little bit til I had really used it. Purchased maybe a month ago. There were no directions on how to change the colors so you kinda have to figure that out for yourself. It looks really awesome but to me, having bought razr gaming stuff before, this shouldnt really be classified as "gaming." The keys on the keyboard have started to rub off in only a month. I'm not able to keybind to the couple extra mouse buttons as they arent recognized by my system. Theres no additional software or updates to make my computer recognize them. Still a cheap keyboard and mouse, just recommend dropping the extra money for a real gaming set3I would classify this set up best as standard keyboard and mouse with some fun lights ...This product was advertised as a gaming keyboard but has failed to withstand the long term use of a gamer. I would classify this set up best as standard keyboard and mouse with some fun lights and designs. There after just 5 months of use the right button on the mouse has stopped working. Also be aware that there is no program to find to manually adjust the DPI settings for the mouse. The same button that changes the color of the mouse also changing the DPI speed so it color coded. I had to go back to the Amazon description of the product to find out which light was what DPI setting. All in all the keyboard functions as it should but no real change from a standard $10 keyboard. All in all I've learned my lesson in trying to find an decent quality and affordable keyboard.P.S. I was going to write a review the first month when I noticed the 1 and only sticker on the keyboard began peeling off, I figure I might as well mention that cosmetic defect.P.S.S Advertised Non-slip design, yet it constantly slides forward on the bare desk. I've has to put spare mouse pads under the legs to prevent sliding.I only gave this product 2 Stars because the one positive is the mouse pad. Easily the best quality aspect of the package. I'd pay $15 for just the mouse pad.2Better and cheaper than mostI bought this for my sons new gaming laptop and am jeleous. Much better feel and lights than the Logitech keyboard I paid more for. The lights are bright and adjustable by color and brightness. I'm not a twitch accuracy gamer but the mouse works well and lights up to match the keyboard. Keyboard feels great compared to the sopposed Logitech gaming keyboard I have.5DANG NEAR FLAWLESSThis product arrived yesterday, I have been using it for 24 hours straight due to the work I had to complete with it and it has not failed me yet, I use it to edit YouTube videos and of course game, the lights are great they are not blinding but they do make the keyboard look visually stunning in low light scenarios (most of the time I was using it the room was dark) it has small things that are very nice about it such as the mouse matching patterns and lights with the keyboard. I also gamed with it a decent amount and for FPS it s awesome I mean the haven t found a thing wrong with it ; however, I also played League Of Legends with it and for those of you who know you hold down the space bar in order to keep your camera locked on the character. While doing this the camera would randomly unlock and I noticed it it because I was not holding the space bar down with enough force causing it not to register, this wasn t a problem after I discovered what I was doing wrong. It is notable though. Other than that one small thing it is an amazing product I have switched from my razor products to this for the time being to durability test it. The only suggestion I have is when you first open it fold the mouse pad the opposite direction it was folded and place something heavy on it the mousepad is folded for shipping and it puts a small bit annoying crease in the pad! Also the mouse, this company decided to go the opposite direction when it comes to trends. Most companies such as Logitech, razer, etc try to get an extremely clicky sound and feel from everything they produce, this mouse does not mimic that it actually produces a lower click sound that is softer but still noticeable and I love it seeing as how I do most of my work while it s night it is not a problem, it also keeps from waking others!! 10/10 would recommend!!5Great starter/replacement gaming keyboardBought this for my son's birthday present. Since I already purchased a gaming mouse for him, it was a nice plus that this came with an extra mouse in case he nerd rages and breaks his other one. The mousepad is nice and large, and the keyboard is pretty awesome. He can configure the keyboard to glow, or change colors, or turn the colors off altogether. No initial configuration necessary, literally plug and play into a Windows 7 computer, and later a Windows 10 computer. Easy Peasy.5Great deal for the priceFirst off, I think it is ridiculous that there are a lot of people on here complaining about this keyboard and mouse. For this intricate of a design, plus the backlighting and lit keys, not to mention the cheap price, no one should be complaining. you want a $150 mouse and keyboard set? go buy one. In my opinion, this is an awesome keyboard and mouse. The colors/lighting are awesome, and it doesn't have that "cheap" feel to me. The mouse click is so quiet, I cant even tell if it clicks. the keyboard is much quieter than the expensive Logitech wireless set it just replaced. I have had no issues so far, this company did a great job for a "budget-minded" gaming bundle. With that said, there are a few little things that are slightly annoying, but for the awesome product and price, I cannot dock any stars. The keyboard/mouse bundle did not come with any instructions, and I cannot find a company website. If you make a product like this, especially with different functions/colors, PLEASE at least print up a manual showing how to change colors and ghosting on the keyboard and mouse. I can probably turn off the ghosting on the mouse, but do not know how to. That is all, great product for the price. just need instructions.5Sean said it best...If they could make a couple more buttons on the mouse for pulsing(breath) mode. and color change mode. Instead of tieing up the dpi and color change button, and make the logos match a little better it would be perfect, also, the keyboard paint seems super cheap, like there are parts of the keyboard that seem to have been missed with the black paint, especially the sides.
