Has issue with product & seller immediately offered to resolve!! :)So when I received the set, my case was broken. I was very disappointed since this was a Christmas present for my son!! Soon as the seller was aware of the issue, they contacted me & were eager to resolve the problem!! I ended up keeping the supplies, because they all worked great & there is no use in getting rid of everything when it was just the case that was broken... oh yeah & the little scissors, but really, I didn't buy the case because of the scissors, so it wasn't a big deal in my eyes!! I ended up going to craft store & buying a mini drawer set so my son could still keep his art supplies organized & just transferred the supplies into the little drawer set that will fit perfect on his Art/Homework table! Everything ended up working out great & he will still get art supplies for Christmas!!! I am super grateful the seller contacted me & they were happy to resolve the issue, otherwise I would of been super disappointed with the experience. I will be purchasing future art supplies from Art Creativity!! Cheap and not worth the money!This product is awful. The case is a cheap piece of plastic that bends and smashes easily as it came with the corners all bent. Kids these days want electronics and want to play video games or want to watch tv. My daughter absolutely loves this starter kit. She reminds me of myself when I got all those crayons. It's good to see that my child is as excited about art and creating as I was. There are colored pencils, paints, and markers in this kit. There are so many things you can do with this art set.
