    Good for certain projectsI wanted a size 10 snap which I can't find the old fashioned sizing anywhere. These are huge - certainly bigger than a dime and almost as big as a penny and I can't seem to find in between sizes anywhere now that there's no more Woolworths. My son told me they have it Johannesburg in South Africa, almost incentive to go. These are good snaps just a bit clumsy looking so if your project can hide, or it doesn't matter then great. For example, my grandson rips all of his bibs off with the velcro and my son wanted snaps instead since he hasn't figured that out yet and who cares with the back of the bib that won't show anyway.4TEENY, TINY. THE SIZE OF A LADYBUG!These size 4 Dritz sew-on snaps are tiny, tiny tiny (about the size of a lady bug and should have listened to a previous reviewer).I had size 1 nickel plated sew-on snaps from a company called Talon American that were purchased many, many years ago and they are 3/8" in diameter.so after looking at the dimensions stated on another number of the Dritz brand snaps, with size 10 being enormous, I assumed (and I now learned incorrectly assumed) that a size 4 would be sized somewhere between the size 1 snaps that I had and the enormous size 10 ones advertised. These size 4 snaps only measure 7/16" in diameter. Nowhere near the size that I wanted so, needless to say, back to Amazon they go and I'm still left with not having any idea what size snaps I need. :/Please feel free to look at the attached photograph to see the size comparison.1Not the strength I neededThese snaps are fine. But they are for very light hold, perhaps children's clothing. I purchased them for keeping the flap in front of a zipper fly down on my jeans (it kept pulling back and looked lumpy). It's just that this item did not arrive complete, which seems to be a reoccurring problem. I was missing three pairs of snaps. These snaps were nowhere in the box or in any other of the items in my package. It honestly looks like it was shipped to me already missing pieces. I was very disappointed with this purchase.3Missing PartsHello, Snaps are snaps right. So as long as the two pieces are there and they snap together we are good to go. My issue is that I ordered two packets and each packet has missing pieces. I paid for 36 and got 33. In fact, even the picture shows missing pieces, i which i would have noticed that earlier. It is not worth sending it back so I am keeping them. It is just a little annoying. They did provide me with the much needed tiny snaps that I cant seem to find anywhere so that was great.3Five StarsThis is great! These snaps were just what I needed!!5Nice large size!I bought some neat sherpa lined fleece coats for my little hairless dogs...the velcro closures are not the best choice for their skin if they rubbed againt them, so I replaced them with these snaps. They are a nice large size so I can snap and unsnap easily without catching any skin.5
