The Gator 76 Note Keyboard Cover Is Fabulous!The Gator 76 Note Keyboard Cover Is Fabulous! I'm sure the 61 note cover is just as great also. The fabric is stretchy so it 'pulls' on and makes a nice form fitting fit, so it looks great on the keyboard, no sloppy overhang or waste. Looks easily hand-washable if it ever gets to the state where I want to 'freshen it up' and it also does the job it was made to do by keeping the keyboard dust free and clean. The photos give an idea of what it is but in my opinion it is even better looking and nicer when you feel the fabric and see how well it works. Its flexible nature means this cover would probably work on most keyboards, but I don't know, it does work perfectly on my Yamaha NP 32 keyboard. Thank You Gator, nice product, and I highly recommend! 5Keyboard Saver!I bought this a year ago along with my Roland A-88 midi keyboard. I bought it because I was going to leave home for like 9 months and I didn't want my new keyboard to get covered in dust while I was away (my house is like a freaking a dust magnet). Well, guess what... 9 months later I came back home and found this cover completely covered in dust, like huge chunks of dust, so I expected the worst. Surprisingly, when I uncovered my keyboard it looked freaking brand new, just a minor fine dust went through the fabric and I removed without any issues. Totally recommend this product. 5A good purchaseI was a bit worried because the price was so comparatively low, but there was no reason for worry. This is a nice quality and fit my full-size Roland perfectly. It is a stretchy material so I'm sure there is latitude in what it will fit. It's not under a lot of stress as it just sits there, lol, but I believe it's going to last a very long time. A good purchase! 5Wrong size in the product descriptionThe GKC-1648 package I received states the size is 16"x48", but when I ordered off Amazon, the size displayed is 59.1 x 23 x 7 for the GKC-1648. Had the product description been accurate it would of fit, as is it barely fits over my Casio Privia PX350-M. The cover itself is nice compared to other products who's reviews say the fabric sheds, I don't see this happening with this one. Hopefully there really is one of these in the size that the description says. Strange that I received an advertisement in the package stating all orders are free shipping, but I ended up paying for shipping. I will have to return this item. I'll let you know how that transaction goes and what I'm able to find. 3Covers P-155B w/ Music Stand PerfectlyThis cover is so "silky", almost Under Armour-esque. It's real stretchy too. Amazon.com and Gatorcases.com have the wrong specsThe dimensions of this product, GKC-1648, are all different between gatorcases.com, amazon.com, and the real product. The advertised dimensions seemed perfect for my keyboard which is even listed in the cross reference file found at their website (GKC-1648-Cross-Reference.pdf) but the actual product is too small:Product Dimensions of GKC-1648 according to gatorcases.com: 23in X 59.1in X 7 inProduct Dimensions according to Amazon.com: 24in X 60 in X 8 inReal Dimensions (from the actual package): 16in X 48inUnfortunately, I don't see another good option for my keyboard (15in X 57in X 6in). If anyone has suggestions, please let me know. 1Fits my Roland V-Combo 76-keyAlthough this cover is a tight fit, it works perfectly with my Roland V-Combo VR-700 (that board's exact dimensions are 51.5" long x 16.25" wide x 4.785" high. For a complete list of boards which are known to be compatible with this cover go to the manufacturer's site at gatorcases, locate this product page and download the cross-reference document.The fabric is thin, but appears to have a high thread count because it has a tight, silk-like feel. It definitely keeps out dust.Because of the finish of the fabric this is easy to clean with a vacuum or even a feather duster. I love it because it has sufficient stretch to fit over not only my board, but also the cables connecting it to expression and sustain pedals, and to the signal out to my PA.It also folds compactly - it arrived folded in a plastic pouch that measured 9.5" x 6" x 1.75". Considering the dimensions stretched over the keyboard, how small it is folded will give an idea about just how thin the material is.Since this was a tight fit over my board I did not need to use the added drawstring that allows you to adjust it for smaller boards. However, that string is the key to making this work with smaller 76- and 61-key boards. Believe me, the material is slippery enough to need this adjustment because I own the large model of this cover for an 88-key and it will shoot off like a slingshot if not adjusted tight for smaller dimensions.Flimsy it may be, but it is effective and I feel as though I got a lot of value for the price because it's protecting a much larger investment in my instrument. 5Great, adjustable, easy to useWe got this for my son's electric keyboard, which due to our tiny house lives in the same room as our English Mastiff. We knew we needed some way to keep all of the dog hair out of the keys, and this seemed like a good, inexpensive product to get the job done. Overall, I'm really happy with it. His keyboard is a Casio WK245 76-Key, and it's a bit bigger than many other 76-keys because of the extras. Still, this fits great with lots of extra room. Even better, the extra room isn't a problem, because the drawstring allows us to pull it tight. That, paired with the elastic that keeps me from having to readjust everyday when we re-cover the keyboard, makes for a really secure cover. The fabric is nice, soft and stretchy, and it doesn't show the detritus of sharing a room with a slobbery, hairy mess as much as you'd expect. Highly recommended! 5Really stretchy, really worksI purchased this cover to protect my Yamaha P90 electric grand from dust while it sits on a stand in my home office. The P90 is essentially a clean rectangle, no protrusions that you would get from a pitch bender or rotating knobs, and no sloped profile.The Gator Cases Stretchy Cover is, as the name implies, very stretchy. It's made of Lycra Spandex, and has loads of spring to it. An adjustable shock cord outlines the base of the cover. I have the shock cord completely expanded. According to the hangtag, this cover can fit smaller keyboards (61- and 76-key in addition to 88-key), so I am guessing that's when you'd pull the cord tighter.With the piano's sheet music stand mounted, I can fit the cover over the keyboard while letting the music stand jut up behind the fabric. In other words; the stand is not covered but the entire top, front and sides of the piano are; and I prefer this since I don't want to tear the fabric nor stress the music stand. Plus, if it's slipped over the stand, dust would be able to enter from behind and defeat the purpose of covering it in the first place.Okay, is it perfect? I have one beef, but I didn't feel it was fair to penalize the product with a 4-star review. My piano has all its inputs and outputs on the left side. So with the cover in place, it presses against the patch cords, the sustain pedal cord, and the power cord, forcing them to bind at a sharp angle against their plugs. I want to leave the cords plugged in, of course, so this is a problem. I'm thinking about fitting a thick piece of foam in between the cords to offset the cover.The Gator Cases Stretchy Cover is machine washable and comes with a limited lifetime warranty. Hey, I sound like a commercial! 5Fits my Roland RD-300NX with room to spareThe exact dimensions of this cover are 59.1 x 23 x 7 inches, making it a loose fit over my Roland RD-300NX Digital Piano which measures 57.125" long x 16.125" wide x 5.75" High. For a complete list of boards which are known to be compatible with this cover go to the manufacturer's site at gatorcases, locate this product page and download the cross-reference document.The adjustment cord that tightens the form is definitely needed in order for me to get a reasonable fit - and it needs to be drawn slightly tight before installing or the cover will slip off one end after you affix it to the corners of the other. However, once you climb that learning curve it is simple.It's also effective. The fabric has a silky feel that appears to have a high thread count of some synthetic thread. It will completely keep dust off the top surface of your keyboard, which will gunk both the keys and the electronic controls. Also, it's relatively simple to keep clean: either vacuum it or go over it with a duster.On my board there is ample room for the cover to also fit over my pedal, power and output signal cables. However it also folds into a compact form factor. It arrived in a plastic pouch that measured 9.5" x 6" x 1.75". I did mention that it's super thin and those folded dimensions, compared to the size when unfolded and on the board, will give you an idea as to just how thin it is.Although it is flimsy it does exactly what you want it to: protect a much higher investment in your instrument. From that perspective it's a value and I - for one - am pleased with it because before I got it I constantly worried about the effects of dust on my keyboard. 5
