    Good quality beads, and beautiful colorAMENDMENT: After buying Top-Brand Famous-Maker 6/0 seed beads, these seem to be more like a size 8/0. Maybe a "7/0" - but the point is, they're noticeably smaller and I cannot use them with my Famous-Maker 6/0 beads because the difference is obvious. If I do design some knitting where the size difference becomes part of the design, they'll work together. The color is very close. These also are glass that's colored all the way through, and it's fairly sturdy as well, so I'll definitely be able to use them - just not in this specific project.- More annoying is that the hole size is less consistent than that of the Famous-Maker 6/0 beads. A number of them are too small even for my 0.75mm crochet hook, arrgh! I can't knit with those...-------------------------------- On my monitor, the color is spot-on-precise - the only "setting" I have on the monitor is factory-RGB with a wee bit less red. Since monitors do vary, I'll also note that the color is very much like the natural turquoise stones I've seen. - These beads are indeed glass, and GOOD glass at that - surprisingly sturdy! They also are colored all the way through, not just painted or dyed, HOORAY!, so the color will remain true even if some wear occurs.- They seem to me to be consistent in size, and the holes also seem to be consistent - and easily accommodate a US-#10/1.15mm crochet hook (Susan Bates) with a loop of #10 Red Heart crochet cotton on it =:-D4Uniform shape, fantastic colorsThese beads are fabulous. These are uniform in size and shape, perfect donut shape. No "culling"required before starting your projects. The color is beautiful these contain frosted finish and very shiney. What I received were medium to dark blues and greens. Most Czech color mixes have transparent & opaque beads, lustered, silver-lined, and some metallics. The color is off from the photo, but it matched my fabric better that way so I'm happy about it.4A bright shade of redThese beads are in the tube on the Left. It came in a small plastic bag, I ve recycled a tube to better store them. The color is bright and cheerful, with an orange undertone. It s nice for my purpose. Thank you.The one to the right is from a local craft store with a dark or black undertone.4Not correct amount !Clearly this states 450 beads and it s NOT ! I counted mine because I knew it didn t look like 450 ! And it s NOT ! I counted 280 !1Colors Nice, But Beads Not Uniform SizeVery disappointed. The color combination is nice, but too many matte beads in the mix and not enough of the transparent and silver-lined beads. But main problem is that the beads are not uniform in size so they look bad when strung. However, I am not going to bother returning them because they were only $6.75 so I will just pick out the good beads and discard the rest.1
