    Gets better with time! I love this crochet hook, by the third square for my blanket I was hooked! ;) The more I use it the more I love it, it just gets smoother with use unlike my bamboo wood hooks that eventually snag and get tossed. I had switched to metal but am loving this dense hard dark rosewood. Definately will be purchasing more. 5Buy one!!!! This is a BEAUTIFUL hook! I liked it so much I ended up buying pretty much the entire set, although not on amazon as all sizes weren't available at the same price. I will keep these hooks forever, and pass them down. 5Artful and Useful This is lovely and will be a keepsake for years to come. 5Great hooks but... I really like these crochet hooks! I ordered size 5 and received size 3.75 due to an amazon error, so be prepared to receive the wrong item. The last time I ordered these particular crochet hooks I received a video cable. Reordered and received the correct item. I ordered the item again from the Lacis website because don t trust Amazon with this particular item. 5Much thinner than pictured It s nice. But it is nothing like the picture. I wish amazon would fact check what they sell. 2Beautiful hook If you are purchasing hooks just to crochet with, this is probably not the hook for you, but if you purchase your hooks to enjoy because they are fun, different, unique, or beautiful then this might be the hook for you. It is beautiful. 5Very nice looking, you get pretty much what you see in the listing. I haven't actually used it yet, but it surely is beautiful! It's just a tad longer than a regular crochet hook....mainly where the ornate carving work starts is where it is longer. It has a finish on it so it is just as smooth as metal or plastic. And it is a decent thickness (I bought the largest size) even where the ornate carving is. 5Poor packaging I love these crochet hooks, I have many sizes, the problem with my most recent purchase was the packaging wasn't sufficient enough to protect the hook. The decorative tip was broken when I received it. The envelope was a large bubbled type but there was nothing around the hook. 5Elegant Crochet Hook I love these crochet hooks! They are so elegant and feel good in my hand while I am crocheting. I love this style of hook especially for using bulky yarns. The way the hook is shaped keeps the yarn on the hook. I highly recommend. 5great light weight hook but there are some things to note... This is a beautiful hook and light weight but it had a rather sharp hook and if you are using a double strand you're going to get frustrated. I had to work a couple project before I really liked this but now I use it as my go to hook for chunky yarn needing a 9mm hook since I need a light weight hook.The only thing that bothers slightly is the length of the hook. I usually use tulip or clover soft touch and after getting use to their short hooks this rosewood took some getting use to. 4
