    this is my absolute favorite. While I love their 'offerings' discsThird Day has been around for many years, and I have every one of their discs. That being said, this is my absolute favorite. While I love their 'offerings' discs, being geared more towards worship, this one outdoes them. These songs, as you sing along, will bring you into God's presence, they are so heartfelt & uplifting. Love, love it!5Leading Me Back!Have been a long time Third Day fan. I would have to say this is my fave album. Love old school TD, albums like Time..Conspiracy Theory and of course Offerings but this album is different. ..in a very good way. The arrangements are different. .incorporating choirs/collaborating with other vocalists. The vocal arrangements are fresh and inviting. The lyrics have depth and truth. This album did exactly what the title track eludes to which is leading me back to Christ. Excellent excellent album. Thank you Third Day! Very appreciative of what this album has been doing in my life. Creating an anthem and an environment of worship.5Finally Third Day is back with a fire and passion albumI must admit after the last album MIRACLE I was a little disenchanted with Third Day. Being one of my favorite Christian bands that I've seen on many occasions, the message in MIRACLE was lost on me except it seemed like (to me) they wanted to be on the pop charts. Having said that I absolutely feel the passion and fire are back and portrayed in LEAD US BACK. Love the album and am very grateful for a band like Third Day.The Deluxe Edition to me is just an added value as you get some live versions of songs like Born Again with Karyn Williams that is rare to have. I am a fan and love their music on this album so I give it 5 stars and recommend it for your collection.5"Ado About Another Album"Tears, goose bumps, gratitude, adoration, and elation are the emotions I experience when I listen to Lead Us Back. Third Day continues to amaze this critical soul. Being pessimistic has its benefits e.g. when you are often correct, there is less of a letdown because you didn t have high hopes. Furthermore, when you are wrong; you rejoice because you are pleasantly surprised. Nevertheless, I have come to maintain dangerously high expectations for each upcoming album from Third Day. After producing at least 22 excellent quality albums (EPs included), even my highest expectations and anticipation is met! As usual, after listening to their recent release Lead Us Back (Songs Of Worship Deluxe Edition), more than several times, I didn t think they were at their best though it is good by any standard. However, after listening a few dozen times, I have only grown to more fully appreciate the quality of production and my increasing capacity for enjoyment of this brilliant/inspired work of musical art.As I alluded in Ado About An Album, very few artists/groups maintain such quality production after two to four albums. As my memory serves me I can only think of seven brilliant Zeppelin Albums which could hardly be improved. Third Day hasn t the talent of the great four artists in Led Zeppelin but, nevertheless, has produced three times the great albums Zeppelin had and these also could hardly be improved. They have learned to produce a complete album with each song (be it short or longer) presented with the finest of detailed nuances which take a song from good status to excellence. The songs may seem simple enough at first but keep listening and instead of getting boring or mundane (like a catchy tune you enjoy for 20 times till you never want to hear it again) they eventually reveal themselves to be finely crafted and finalized pieces which create an album of rare substance.Because all of Third Day s albums are Bible/Kingdom/Gospel oriented, they all qualify as worship. This is why when I found out their current album would be self labeled a worship album, I wondered why the distinction. Sure, all their albums present His Kingdom s principles, precepts, priorities, promises, penitence, and praise but after taking in the whole project; I understand the nuanced distinction. If you own their other albums and obtain this one, you will too. If you do not or have not any of their albums this one is as good if not better than the others. If you like metal, get Conspiracy No. 5. If you like southern blues get Third Day or Time. If you like classic rock, get any of them. If you like versatile: funky/jive/bluesy/southern/classic yet contemporary style, get Come Together. Or check them out on Youtube, Facebook, or their site and enjoy.5Great soundThese guys are really great. I cannot place a name, or reason to it, but they have a sense of familiarity to their music. They have a great sound and this live album is really great. I was told to try them out and was not disappointed at all. I would recommend them to another person gladly.5Thanks Third Day for Leading Us Back....Third Day does it again....Every song on this new album is great....In this day and time, I think we all need to be brought back into the presence of the Lord....The lyrics and melodies in these songs are so easy to remember and you will be singing along your first listen through...."Soul on Fire" the first single is an upbeat anthem that makes you sing to the top of your lungs....it will leave you wanting more....Every song on this album is amazing...the addition of Michael W Smith, Natalie Grant and Michael Tate on "In Jesus Name" is amazing....Harvest is also a welcomed addition...and so many of these songs contain a choir aspect that brings you into a place of worship that will have you wanting to join in....Amazing lyrics, great music and superb arrangements and performances....Mac's voice keeps getting better....Also with the deluxe edition you get several live versions of classic Third Day songs....I honestly can't pick a favorite....I would recommend this deluxe version to everyone....you will be blessed.5This has GOT to be one of the best albums Third Day has done to dateThis has GOT to be one of the best albums Third Day has done to date, if not THE best!The inclusion of Michael Smith, Natalie Grant and others made the selections soulful to spiritual, and most of allanointed! Third Day continues to make great new music.5I love Third Day and this CDThird Day is my favorite Christian band - I love the raspy sound of the lead singer. When I read the review of this CD, I found out that it was a worship CD like their "Offering" CDs - which I love. At first, I compared this CD to their other worship CDs so I wasn't sure how much I liked it. But every time I listen to it, I love it more. My favorite song is #3 - they sing about God's Word. I asked our Worship Leader at church if he and his team would sing it one Sunday. How awesome it would be to hear a worship message about God's Word.5What Will Remain Are The Words...To borrow the words from their song: "Let me hear your words above all (Lord) everything else will fade away, but what will remain are your words."It is not about the music, but about the lyrics, the beautiful words of worship. I have listened to Third Day for many years. I can honestly say, they seem to get better with time. This album is very special and as I listen to it, I really sense the desire to worship God. I believe this was their goal. They achieved it.Beautiful work, well done and highly recommended, to all who appreciate songs of praise and worship this album is for you.
