Not just for pencilsI have nearly unlimited data for digital pictures, so I decided to get into cell-phone photography. I bought a "selfie stick" and one of those mini tripods that you can wrap around nearly any surface to hold the camera. Both have screw-type clamps that you can tighten for a secure hold. I was afraid to just throw them in my backpack and risk breaking off those thumb screws.So I went looking for a case to keep them in. Most cases are around 6 inches long and 4 inches deep. That's not long enough to hold the selfie stick, and so deep that it would rattle around inside the case even if it was long enough. This case is long and narrow. Longer than most pencil cases. Just the perfect size to hold the stick and the tripod.I'm impressed with the weight of the canvas and the zippers seem sturdy enough. Even if it eventually turns out that they are not, I spent less than $10 for it, so I won't be out a whole lot of money.It was made in Cambodia, and is labeled "Designed for arrangement" on the front. That's probably a translation of a clever company name in Cambodia which sounds kind of odd in English.I'd say that this case is a good value and definately what I needed for my selfie stick, even though that wasn't it's intended use. 5Very roomy yet compact!this pouch was a bit bigger than I expected, but I am very pleased with the material and the color! There is a divider to separate the pencils/pens from the smaller supplies, such as erasers, a USB drive, etc. This is probably the best pencil pouch I've bought yet 5Decent quality for price!I like this product because it's long and slim so it can fit in my backpack easily or if I just need to go somewhere other than school, I can fit it in my purse and carry around my pens and pencils. The quality of the material is better than I thought. The product I received is just like the pictures advertised. I can fit any pens, pencils, or highlighters in here as long as lead refills, erasers, and a mini stapler in the small compartment. Although it makes it look stylish, I don't ever use the front zipper. I'm not sure what I would use it for. Lead refills would fit in there, but not much else. I would recommend this product if you're looking for something simple and reliable. 4Good case ruined by cheap zippersThe case itself is very nice. I use it for holding small accessories when traveling as it is compact, masking it easy to store in your backpack. When I first got the case, one of the main compartment zippers broke, which wasn't too big of a deal since there was two. At the end of one trip with it, however, the other one broke as well making the case as good as useless. The material of the zipper itself is a joke. You can easily snap it in half with your fingers. If you don't mind replacing the zippers yourself, go for it, otherwise keep looking. 1Great!! Holds more pencils than others sayThis is a great pencil case, exactly what I was looking for! Following the new trend of adult coloring books, my mom got me one for Christmas, along with some nice colored pencils. Despite others saying that this case holds 20-25 pencils, it holds my set of 30 colored pencils with tons of room to spare. I think I could put at least 15 more pencils in. I'm not sure if others were giving more conservative numbers because they had the velcroed partition up (this case can be partitioned into 2 sections using a flap that has a velcro attachment. If you want the case to be longer, this piece can be detached from the opposite side to make a longer compartment and velcroed to the side to make a smaller pocket!), but if you want this case simply to hold pencils (and nothing else) it can hold quite a few- I would conservatively guess at least 40, if not 50. The construction is top notch and it is obviously of high quality materials. I love it! 5Life SaverI'm a pen junkie and am very peculiar with my pencils. I love that this is sectioned off to have a pencil compartment and another smaller one that can fit a mini stapler, mini post-it's, spare lead, and an eraser. The longer compartment fits your standard pencil with length room to spare. There is SO MUCH SPACE! I carry at least three pencils with me, 5 pilot pens, and about 9 MUJI gel pens. Like I said, tons of space. I am a college student so pens are important to me for note taking. The shape of this pencil case also makes it convenient to carry since it is relatively small and holds its structure. The material feels almos like a waterproof bag so it is durable. I got this in the darker color and it is sleek and compact. If you know anyone in school or likes to carry around a lot of pens/pencils with them, get this as a gift. The material is very professional and durable; pretty sure this will last me a long time. :3 They even gave me a paper ninja star, hehe how cute! 5Very nice but size may be an issueGood but not great. The material is great quality. The zipper is smooth and the stitching is nice as well. I imagine it will last for years and years. I gave it 4 stars because I bought it for the detachable flap inside. I thought it would be great for pencil sharpeners, erasers and whatnot. It has a small velcro tab it attaches to on the side if you should want a small pocket on the side or you can move it across the width of the interior if you want a bigger pocket. I really like the side attachment but it is a bit small. When it is across the width, with that lovely side containment area, it won't fit my child's pencils. Now that I look closely at the pictures, I notice that while traditional pencils are included when using the side pocket style, they are missing in the closeup of the picture when the detachable flap is stretched across the interior width. Mechanical pencils are shorter and my daughter cannot use those yet. So, while it is of very nice quality, know that it won't fit a ruler or long wooden pencils.Update: It's been over 6 months. Looks like new. Truly good craftsmanship. I only wish it were longer. We have to wait until the pencils are sharpened several times before putting them in this case. Inconvient but otherwise probably the best soft pencil case I have ever bought. 4Great for Novolog Insulin Pens!I needed a case to carry my Novolog insulin pens, and needles. The main compartment is exactly the right size for Novolog pens, and the smaller compartment fits up to 15 needles for the pen, and the case fits perfectly into my messenger bag! Within the first month of use, the zipper on the front fell apart. A month later and the zipper to the main compartment fell apart as I was unzipping it. I have much cheaper pencil cases that have lasted me years. This case made it 2 months. Really disappointed. The case was an ideal size but not worth the money I spent on it. 1
