Quality fine, quantity insufficientQuality fine, quantity insufficient. The blurb suggested that it was a large skein, but it turned out to be a very small one. I was hoping to get four potholders out of it. I'll be lucky if I can get one.3Great for sponges!I was looking for a 100% cotton yarn to crochet sponges with, and it did it s job! The price was about the same as the pricing of my local craft store, but I decided to buy it on amazon because of the variety of colors.Because it is cotton, it will split quite a bit, so be wary of that. However, it did split less than other 100% cotton yarns that I ve used in the past. This was a great buy!5So bummed Ordered black and in dim light it actually appeared to be black. Once the hat was finished, out in sunlight, it is obviously navy blue. 1Great yarnI make a lot of different items from this yarn and also use it for some plastic canvas projects. It launders well, doesn't fade, thin enough so it dries when used as dishcloths or washcloths but wears like iron when used for reusable bags, slippers and potholders. I received a 4 oz. ball in black. The regular balls in solid colors are 2.5 oz. and the ombres are 2 oz., I think it depends on the color you choose.4Satisfied w/ my purchase.Regarding price, I bought it because I live 1.5 hrs from a Walmart, so delivery to my home won over a better price. Beware that this is not soft yarn, it's "dishcloth grade", though I like it for apparel personally, I would not make baby clothes with this.4I love the saturated colors and the fact that this yarn ...I love the saturated colors and the fact that this yarn is cotton instead of acrylic. I have been using this particular yarn to make crochet hats that can be worn in winter and summer. Acrylic and other types of yarn would just be too hot to wear year round.5Best cotton yarnThis is my favorite brand for cotton! It's always good quality and holds up as dish rags or made into a baby's stuffie. I'm currently using this color to crochet a fox and I love how it looks and feels.5
