Five StarsGreat quality- I bought it for my friend to make adorable outfits for my 2 babies!5Nice yarn for all sorts of projects. My favorite go to discount yarn. I like to try new things with this yarn before committing to high priced yarns. It works up well and makes nice hats, gloves and scarves. Not a lot of wool in it so it is pretty soft and easy to wash. I like natural wool but it takes a lot of extra care. I've made numerous hats for my children and as gifts from this yarn. It can be a little loosely wound but not as slippery as some acrylic. I like that it does has a little wool content also:).4All Purpose Wool for your Knitting NeedsI was looking for a simple, inexpensive, good quality yarn to knit a baby sweater, and that is precisely what I found in this yarn. It knits up beautifully on both size six and size eight needles, and holds its shape well when blocking. It's incredibly soft, and the color is true to the picture (at least, the Wheat Color is). My next project is going to be a crocheted blanket, and this yarn will be my go to! Would definitely buy again!5Not wool. You no doubt know alot more about this branding than I did. I searched for 100% wool and this product "Wool-ease" was listed under that search name. When these skeins came I read 20% wool and 80% some kind of polyester. I now know not assume it was that my search result was not accurate. One has to more informed than I about "Wool-ease."1I like other brands better but this yarn is fine... & pretty colors.Lion Brand is OK. it's not as soft as Caron supersoft but the color selection is better. I find it a little annoying bc my hook keeps catching and separating the strands when working. This may be common with yarns that are not mostly synthetic, though, I'm not sure abput that part.3The making if an afghanDO not know how the yarn will withstand but it is very pretty and nice. Not a lot in the skein so had to buy quite a lot but hope it will stand the test of time.na5Likely High QualityI got this yarn in order to learn how to crochet. While I am a beginner and do not know much about yarn types, I can say that this particular yarn is of extremely high quality. If you are planning on making something for somebody to give as a gift, I would recommend using this.5fuzzy yarnThis yarn is, what, I suppose, one should expect for the price. It is a bit rough to the touch and pills easily. It is also more mauve then it looks in the picture. I am disappointed in it overall, but, given the price, I should not be.3Not really pink...Here's the two problems I have with what I purchased. The color is more purplish than the heather pink in the picture listing. Also, for a worsted weight, it's a little small around. I wouldn't have bought it in store if I saw it on the shelf for the project I wanted, but it's still nice enough to keep and use for something else.4Light worsted, somewhat rattyHard to knit cause it splits too easily.I was hoping for something as high quality as Lion Brand Yarn's Wool-Ease Thick and Quick. But this worsted weight Wool-Ease is more similar to LBY's Vanna's Choice line. The trouble with this yarn (and with Vanna's Choice) is that you have to be careful with tension cause it's poorly wound. And the more you use the same strand of yarn, the looser it gets, and the easier it is for your needles to snag on it.If you're an experienced knitter, this yarn should be fine. It doesn't have a very soft feel, but the yarn fiber is springy. If you crochet, I'd avoid this yarn.2
