    Not the same product as picturedT-square not as described: missing measurements on "T" portion of product.2Well made, easy to read, affordableThis is a very nice T-square. The "T" part of the square is durable and is well attached for rigidity for measuring, folding, cutting, whatever your need. It is marked with 4 inch rulers on each side for accurate measurements in two directions. One side on the strong aluminium extension is marked in inches and the other side is in millimeters. The first several inches Are marked on 32nds and the remaining inches are?marked in 16ths for measuring accurately, This T-square meets all of my needs and is inexpensive, thus meeting another need: I can afford it!5A keeperYou can waste a lot time and money buying overly fancy or not fancy/accurate enough measuring devices. This is a simple, accurate t square with just about the right amount of increments, and just about the right size. I have a much larger 5' square with 1/4" increments and an 18" $35 marking square with 1/64" (too many) increments to look at in dim light. I have a framing square and probably a dozen pocket tape measures I should just toss. I have perhaps three tape measures that are good, one that I had my name engraved on at a trophy shop that I've used professionally for 25 years. Anyways, simple, accurate way to draw a square line, with just about the right amount of increments.5Not square (!) (was that too much to ask of a T-square?)Not Square (!) - its off by 1/8th inch when you get down to 24". I guess its OK if you only use the first 12" or so of it, but not what I had in mind. Amazon refunded my money and didnt even ask for it to be returned, so I guess I'm not the first to complain about this.2IT'S NOT SQUAREI got it to use for drafting as an alternative to a parallel bar. It works in that respect and can be used to make parallel lines, but it fails when used as it is intended.Firstly, it ISN'T SQUARE. I mean that the angle between the black part and the aluminum ruler part is not at a 90 degree angle. It is more like 95 degrees, not noticable until you start trying to use it. Secondly, the ruler starts about 1/32 before the edge of the black plastic part, meaning that all of my measurements are slightly off. While this might not be a problem for some, when precision is required, it is quite annoying.The bottom line is this: you get what you pay for, pay for a good one and get good quality.2This thing is over priced and made extremely cheapWell either every one of the other 8 squares I have is wrong or this thing isnt even square, isnt that kind of the point of this tool? Cheap plastic head for the "T" part of the square attached by four tiny screws which probably contributes to this thing being out of square, also the main straight edge is a thin piece if aluminium with a boxed frame to try to add rigidity making it pretty flimsy. I figure for the what it cost and being a "heavy duty aluminum" this would be a good tool. I guess I can still use it as a extremely overpriced kind of flimsy straight edge....1Like another user statedLike another user stated, it is not square. I'm using it to cut LVT (flooring) so it's not a huge problem but I won't be able to use it for more precise projects later. Otherwise, I would have been satisfied with this product.2Not as shownIt's fine. But I wanted a t-square with measurement ticks on the black, top-of-the-T cross bar. The photo shows markings. The actual item does not come that way.3Not straight! Don't waste your money!If I could give this zero stars I would! The whole point of a T square is to be..... Square! First one came crooked, asked for a replacement and got that very quickly, however, the second was crooked again! Don't waste your money on this......1NOT SQUARE!Over a 24" run it's about a quarter inch off square. This is a simple tool with one primary function: Make an exact 90 degree angle; and a secondary function: Make an exact measure.I'm pretty ticked off about how misleading it is. I've owned it for almost two months now, and after it causing me a string of carpentry problems that have cost a lot of hours with re-cuts and other adjustments, finally today I decided I would calibrate it with two other squares (one is pictured). These two other squares align without visible difference. As you can see in the image, this one does not align visibly.Its measure scale is accurate, so it gets a star for that, and the build quality is good, so another star for that. But it loses a full three stars for being not square. I feel I'm maybe being too generous giving it two stars, because it's unusable.2
