    Great, sturdy hole punch!Update 7/6/19: A little late with this update but wanted to mention customer service was great. I ended up reaching out to the company with my issue because I could not figure out how to get a hold of them via Amazon. They had me send a photo and shipped a new punch out right away to me. So far I have used the new one a few times and it works great. Same quality as the original. It has been sitting a while unused so we will see if we have issues with the mechanism once I go to use it again. If so, I will be sure to update.Update 7/7/18 with photo: I purchased this in December and used it right away, though very minimally compared to my other punches. Maybe 15 pieces of paper total. All of which were punched one at a time. Today I got out my punch to punch a piece of paper and I couldn't get it to even push down. I put hardly any pressure on it and all of a sudden a spring and metal piece flew out of it! So frustrating! I tried putting it back together but it doesn't stay. Photo is attached.I was so hesitant to purchase this. When I got my Happy Planner I saw this in store and scoffed at the price (I still think it's pretty expensive). But when I got home and realized I all the random papers/notes I wanted to keep in my planner but not IN a folder, I caved and purchased this. I use it all the time! It's heavy and sturdy which is great for a paper punch. The only downside is that it says to limit it to only 3 sheets of paper at a time. A lot of my other hole punches are able to handle many more sheets than that so I was a bit shocked, especially considering the weight.3Works, but...Am new to these happy planners & was very excited to be able to add pages using this punch. I should have read more reviews, though, before purchasing. I misunderstood terminology in the description & this punch DOES NOT work easily for the largest happy planner. It is a 9 hole punch. You need an 11-hole punch for the largest size. That being said, you can finagle it to punch 11, but it's not convenient. 4Poor quality. This thing sticks constantly. Save your moneyI love my Happy Planner, I loved the idea of this punch. Unfortunately, this punch started sticking the first night I used it and sticks often. Don't try to punch more thant 2-3 sheets at a time or you will be stuck. If it's heavier card stock 1 would be safest. Sad that this thing is such a poor piece of equipment. Love most of MAMBI's items but this is a fail. Same story for both the Big and Classic punches.3Waste Of MoneyI purchased it to make my own covers but it couldn t even handle punching a single one. I was punching only one page and it got stuck. I wound up tearing it apart trying to get it out of the punch.1Cheaply made!I owned this punch for about one year, and then it completely busted on me. I hardly ever used it. It dulled quickly and the punches started popping out of it. I kept trying to pop them back in, but eventually it got so bad I could no longer use it. Very poorly made product. Not worth the money.1High quality, worth the price if you add much to your planner.Worth the money to be able to punch your own printables instead of buying all of the add-in pages you need/want for your planner. High quality also, not cheap plastic, everything but the bottom tray is pretty heavy duty. It says it will punch 3 regular pages, I have used it for 5 and it works but I try not to.5Great productI am super excited about this product! I had a hard time finding refills for my happy planner - With this punch I can print out my own pages which is more cost effective. I find a lot of free printable on Pinterest , can t wait to fill up my new planner . I made my own cover using my amazon laminator and scrapbook card stock too5Broke alreadyThe punch works but it's hard to push. Also I have had it less than 6 months and used it just a handful of times and one of the metal punch pieces broke!!! So it has one right in the middle that doesn't punch now!1Came damaged, but too late to notice. :(I was super excited when I finally got my punch. However, I noticed that it never truly punched as cleanly as expected. After first thinking it was human error, I decided to still give it a shot and do some research. Apparently, nothing I had been doing was wrong. According to my research online, I wasn't even pushing its boundaries by trying to punch a thin laminated sheet of paper. But every time, unless it was a single piece of thin paper, the punches tore and my projects ripped as a result of getting stuck. My husband and I even unscrewed the punch brackets in an attempt to un-jam the punch (see attached photos of result). We later realized that the actual punch is BENT! Resulting in improper punching (unclean cuts). I never dropped it or did anything to cause this! And to make it worse, I no longer have the box in order to return... So I'm stuck.My advise, if you do purchase this product, keep the box and make a full inspection upon receiving.3Great for Making the Most of My Happy Planner w/ PaperI LOVE this thing! I was a bit worried with all the low/negative reviews but it's worked out perfectly. I use my Happy Planner like a hybrid bullet journal and actual journal. I wouldn't be able to do that without adding my own pages and sections punched perfectly with this bad boy. The only time it didn't work correctly, is when I wasn't paying attention and used more pages than recommended. Ooops.I will admit though that I haven't used anything terribly thicker like cardstock. I did take out the dividers I wasn't using to redesign and re-use them, and the hole punch worked great on those still.5
