Customer Reviews

Ouch!Crazy uncomfortable to wear. If I put it on 3 fingers (as the design seems to imply,) it's painfully tight and digs into my fingers. If I use 2 fingers, it's far too loose and flops around. In either case, when I strike my drum, the edges of the jingles flop forward and painfully hit my fingers. It looked like a great idea, but there are serious design flaws here.2A little more sentsitive than I'd hoped...Because of their sensitivity, it takes quite a bit of control to NOT make these things sound when you don't want them to. Upstrokes produce a bit of sympathetic sound, so if you're using sensitive mic's, they're a little "loose." I've tried them on dozens of songs and they're "just OK."3Meinl finger jinglesThese are an excellent item. A great enhancement to drumming. They are very comfortable to wear. They are very loud for how small they are. They are sometimes louder than I want them to be. I would definitely recommend these!5Love them but they get uncomfortable on the fingers over time.Love them but they get uncomfortable on the fingers over time.4Great itemPercy for my needs5Jingles - Steel versus AluminumVery good, quality product. I use them when playing my cajon and bongos, depending on the type of music. They fit fine on the middle finger. The steel set has a better "jingle" than the aluminum set. One factor is because the steel set has more room to move up and down. See the photo.5Great addition. Plenty loud for most cajon sessions. Cuts through everything as needed. Pleasant toneGreat addition. Plenty loud for most cajon sessions. Cuts through everything as needed. Pleasant tone5Two Starstoo soft of sound not really usable2Really niceThis is a great idea, and it works really well. I use it with my congas. It's comfortable, although if you're playing really fast, the jingles may bend over and start hitting your hand. I don't have any trouble with it slipping, although I'm worried that it may slip when the elastic wears out. The strap is not adjustable. But so far, it's perfect.5Loving it!This was an impulse buy for me, but it is one of my favorite gadgets now. It is not to loud or "too jangly" so it is perfect for use with djembe or congas. It is pretty much what you would expect and hope it is.The "finger shot" shakers and a foot tambourine really round out the sound.5
