These Evah Pirazzi strings sound amazing on my modern Italian viola. Broke in quickly, extremely responsive without sounding overly bright or harsh. I played them in a concert a little more than 24 hours after putting them on my viola. The first few days I had a hard time getting artificial harmonics to speak clearly, but now several days later it's much better. A few days in and they are the best strings I've tried so far. We'll see how they hold up and how they sound in a few weeks, but so far I am beyond delighted.5
