This work real good the only fault I have is that the covers fall off easy. Colors are right on. Will buy them again.
4A must try
The small size allows you to sample a few colors without emptying your wallet.
5Great ink pads
Distress ink is very versatile, the mini pads travel well and take up less storage space
5Please Read - Lids come off
I purchased all 12 sets. I own many cats eye pads and full colorbox pads as well. I have to say I am disappointed. The first day over 24 of the lids fell off ( one landed on my shirt ruining it..I never craft with good clothes on so no biggy) and again in my artbin box ( small 5x8 box). They stack and oddly stick better to each other than the lids. At first I thought no big deal but now I have all 48 and a bump to my box and bam..lids are falling off. That equates to the pads drying out if I don't catch it. I've got many different items in four full super stachels and this is a first.I was more disappointed with how Ranger handled it. They want me to lay each lid down on a piece of paper with the number written on a piece of paper and photograph it and email it to them...with no answer to what they planned to do after that. I was told " that's what people normally do" by the customer service rep. This is funny because earlier he had said this was a rare problem due to manufacturing and molding problems yet he's talked to a plethora of people who've become pros at reporting defective products - WOW. I was also told I could purchase the cases. Unacceptable. I should not need to buy more products to keep what I already bought useable. Then he suggested I go purchase rubberbands and that worked well also.I've never needed to "help" any of my craft supplies stay closed before. After checking into this I found this is a widespread problem. For the price of their products I expect the utmost service. I'll look elsewhere for distressing inks in the future as Ranger has made it clear they do not stand behind what they make.I wonder if Tim Holtz has a personal email, his name is being represented here as well.

2Very Versatile
These Mini ink kits are perfect to take along with you while traveling. I love how they snap together, too. very versatile.. Not only can you distress the edges of your pages, you can stamp with them, mix a bit of water with a blob of the ink and using fine tip paint brush, you can panit in your adult coloring books!!! Love the look
5Eatoy encantada con este set
Este set ai estaba muy bien
5really love the distress inks in handy size
great little ink pads for trying different colors... the only problem is with the covers... they do come off when you least expect them to....maddening when you don't notice the cap has come off.. but if you are careful they are great especially for card making.
4glad they came out with the minis
glad they came out with the minis. I'm on a tight budget so being able to get all the colors would have been rather expensive if I got the full size. Also, since I don't typically work on large projects I find this lays down just enough color when I want to use it as a water color without wasting ink. I don't really stamp with it because the image doesn't come out real crisp but when I do it is usually because I don't want a crisp image. All of the colors in the distress line are nice, but you do have to be careful with some of them when you water them down and blend as the primary colors may show through or the color gets greyish - i.e. one of the greens turns yellow easily and one of the browns gets very faded and greyish.
