    Cotton like prewound bobbins.So, I normally purchase my prewound bobbins from another website, but these were a pretty good price.. that being said..you get what you pay for. Normally my bobbin thread is a nicely silky/shinny polyester thread, these were not..they look like there regular SEWING bobbin thread. Now these are the correct wt/size for all of my machines, but I was a little surprised by the type of thread that is wound on them. Are they working? yes... but DO NOT let them get too low or you will experience nesting. On my other one's I can actually run my bobbin empty and not problems...not with these...I rarely ever get nesting and I had 2 items yesterday on 2 different machines come up with a nesting issues, both machines were using the newer bobbins and both of my bobbins were down to about 1/8 capacity. Would I purchase these again...NO...3Prewound Bobbins fuzzy threadThread was not smooth, extremely fuzzy, caused bobbin thread issues with machine resulting in machine repair. Will not use this again.1Perfect for Brother PE770Brother recommends 90wt bobbin thread for the PE770 embroidery machine. These prewound bobbins are perfect! They save me the time and aggravation of winding my own and making sure they are wound correctly. And as a bonus, the empty bobbins are plastic and reusable. They fit my Brother sewing machine so I never have to buy empty bobbins for that machine again. They came packaged in a box which stores neatly on a shelf. Excellent value.5Great Pre-Wound BobbinsFor every handful of bobbins, there s always one that You cannot find the end to no matter what you do, but it doesn t happen too often to phase me. The thread stitches out great, and my Brother PE-770 embroidery machine loves them. I ve tried other brands of pre-wound bobbins, and these have been the best for the price and quality. Fast shipping as well. I subtracted one point because there are a few you can t use (either the machine just pitches a fit with it, or you can t find the end, but as previously mentioned that s few and far between, and even then I would still reorder these.)5Definitely a must for the PE770!!Finally got the correct bobbins for my PE770 and they make the world of difference in appearance in the design. These allow for much longer embroidery time as they are wound much tighter than any machine can.5Might work, might not*Update to my original post. I just put a new bobbin in my machine last night and the sewing was terrible. I had nothing but trouble. I threaded and re-threaded trying to fix it. I kept having issues with it either not sewing at all or the top thread looping on the surface. I don't know why that happened. This is the 2nd bobbin I've used from this box and the 1st one worked fine. I don't know what happened with the 2nd one, but as soon as I put in a bobbin that I wound with the Brother thread that came with the machine, it sewed beautifully with the same top thread I had been trying to use. I really have no idea what happened, but it was very frustrating until I changed bobbins.3Needs better packagingGreat to have already wound bobbins BUT that being said when I received the package yesterday I was unhappy. The outer shipping bag was fine.i opened it and had partially UNWOUND bobbins falling out. The small box that was supposed to contain the bobbins was ripped. Bobbins everywhere! I transferred to another container. Had to rewind SEVERAL bobbins. Was NOT a happy customer. This is second time for ordering. First time no problem.3I was very happy with the thread itselfI was very happy with the thread itself. But half way through the box found a bunch of bobbins with burrs on top. It took a while and one ruined piece of work to figure out why my machine was messing up. You have to run your finger along the top and bottom to check for burrs/. I rewound the bad bobbins on to good ones.3This is the second time I've received an absolute tangled ...This is the second time I've received an absolute tangled threaded mess!! Half are emptied out of the box and cannot even get them untangled. This is unacceptable and ridiculous! I will never purchase these again here!1These are great. I have the PE700ii (just like the PE770 ...These are great. I have the PE700ii (just like the PE770 except it plugs directly into the computer via USB instead of using a thumb drive) as well as the SE400, and I use them in both with great results. I used to wind my own bobbins, and had tension problems and frequent issues with my bobbins, but these are not only super convenient but they work better! I am a convert to these prewound bobbins, and the bobbin thread works great with brother machines. I am loving these, hope you add black thread soon to your 90 wt prewound bobbins!5
