    Five star product and five star serviceFive star product and five star service!! I ordered these hoops with low expectations, concerned that they would not be as good as my original Brother hoops. It is a great product! Sturdy and durable and honestly hard to tell apart from my Brother hoops. Unfortunately, one of the hoops didn't fit well and I contacted the seller. They immediately sent me the one replacement hoop without me having to package the whole thing up and send it back. I could not be more pleased with my experience.5Compatible with the Brother PE800Although the description doesn t specify, these hoops are completely compatible with the new Brother PE800. I searched and searched and could not locate an answer, so I took a gamble and bought them anyway. The hoops look just like the hoop that came with my machine - great quality and functionality. It s nice to have different sizes for various projects. For example, the smallest, oval hoop is perfect for a small shirt logo; this would have been a challenge using the 5x7 hoop that came with the machine. Very happy with this purchase.5Fits as advertised and solid buildBought for my wife's pe770 and they work great, compareable to OEM hoops. When purchased, the smallest hoop had a slight manufacturing fault and with a photo and an email, I had a replacement within a few days. Great product and even better customer service.5Great Quality HoopsThis is just what I needed! The sizes are perfect for the different sized items I embroider. I needed a small size to embroider bibs -- the second to smallest size worked perfectly. Templates are included for better placement if you need them. I was concerned that these might not work with my Brother PE770 since they are not Brother products, but there was no need for concern. These are just as well made as the Brother hoop I got with the machine. They snap onto the arm in the same manner. You can rest assured that these will work with the Brother machine.5Defect Update: defective hoop replaced.Update : The defective hoop was quickly replaced. I am happy to give 5 stars as the the other hoops and the replacement were perfect and the customer service was efficient.Unfortunately the 4x4 hoop has a defect that makes it unusable. The rest are great. Unfortunately the 4x4 was the main reason I bought the set. I will edit when or if this gets fixed or replaced.5Perfect for my Brother PE800I ordered these hoops because I wanted an additional 5x7 and a 4x4. While I haven't used the largest one yet, I'm not sure I'm ready to tackle files in more than one part, the other 3 are amazing! Just a good of quality as the hoop that came with my machine. I highly recommend these hoops!5Love this itemLove this item. Looks identicle to the ones that came with my machine, but these go on the machine and come off very smoothly. I don't have to fight to get it off like the ones that came with the machine. Great product.5Graphic card is not the same area as the pe800They are standard however on my pe800 the hoop is set back half of an inch - like the emebrodiery area is different than the machine reads so I have to adjust it on my machine not to embroidery at the bottom of its area and also the top won t embroidery on the top (in alignment with the graphic card) and the machines area of embroidery.3Great Price for Great ProductUsed these for a large project. The worked great with my Brother PE 700. I have no complaints. Easy to switch out fabric and holds nice and tight for stitching. The price is great too. You could easily spend 2 to 3 times more on one hoop from other sites.4These fit the Brother PE800 machine!This fit my Brother PE800! I had purchased other hoops from another seller on Amazon in the past for my machine, but sadly had to return them. I'm here to say that these guys do actually fit! I tried all three of the smaller sizes, but not the large. I didn't buy it for the large, so I'm not too worried about that one. But I'm so excited to have extra hoops now!They seem super study as well, so I don't envision having any issues in the future, though I will revise my review if I have anything to say.But if you're looking for hoops for your PE800, look no further! 5
