    Not a reliable product and not returnable if breaksI'm sorry to say that this item was disappointing. The first time I used the first needle threader, it broke. Sadly the seller does not take the product back if defective. 1Cheap for a reasonWhat a disappointment ..and from a name company like Singer I expect a better quality product.I purchased these, along with a bunch of the very inexpensive metal ones that come with needles and..surprise, the metal ones are FAR BETTER than these Singer brand ones are!I expected better and will be requesting a refund from Amazon for this inferior product. I bought 2 packages and wanted to use them for crewel yarn threading. I have the appropriate needle and no difficulty using the China made metal threaders which seemed to hold up much better. I tried to use these Singer ones, which sure LOOK nice but the wire pulls out instantly.Maybe ok for threading a sewing machine or using regular hand sewing thread but it sure won't hold up to Crewel yarn threading...even with a huge eyed needle! 1I love these as I am getting older and my eyes ...I do a lot of cross stitching and have to thread my needle with different colors of floss depending on the portion of the project I am working on. I love these as I am getting older and my eyes are not as good as they use to be. I was having trouble seeing up close to thread the needle and it was becoming annoying. I love to stitch and don't want to give it up just because I can't see to thread the needle. I like that these are not the ones made out of aluminum that will been after more than a few uses. They are made with durable plastic and the inserter for the needle is stronger wire than the cheap ones. I like working with them, they have made it easier to thread my needle and save me a lot of time. My projects are getting done faster now and I am really grateful that I can stitch and not have the fear of rethreading my needle all the time anymore. Thanks for making these and for making them at a reasonable price and with such quality. I will by more should I lose the ones I currently have. 5I was thrilled to find these!I am getting older and threading needles is getting more and more difficult. I have one of those blue square magnetic needle keepers that I take when I travel (mostly airplane travel) to work on wool felt appliqure, and I had been searching for a needle threader that would stand up to the embroidery floss I use, but also fit in that small needle keeper. This fits the bill perfectly, and with them coming three to a package I can keep one in each box with different projects. 5Didn't work for me.I needed help threading crochet thread into a smallish needle because the thread ends always fray into different directions so it's hard to get it into the needle. But this threader is not strong enough to pull it through. I didn't want to them to go to waste so I thought I'd try them for regular thread in a regular needle, even though I don't need it, I thought it might make it easier. It doesn't. It's harder to see where the place the thread because the wires on this thing are practically invisible. Maybe they should be colored so you can see them. To be fair, I've never used a threader before so I can't compare it to others, but for me I'm better off using no threader than this one. It is super cheap, though, so if money is tight and you think it would help, it's worth a shot. If you really struggle with threading a needle and need a larger target, it could work for you. But in my case, it actually slowed me down to try to use this for thread and didn't work at all for for the crochet thread. 2Great for fixing snags in your favorite run shirt.My wife actually uses these more to fix small pulls and snags in shirts (especially the 'tech' gear shirts that we get in running and triathlon races). She recently broke the one that she'd had for over 30 years while trying to fix a rug snag, so we needed some replacements. We thought about the 30- and 100-count packages of these, but who needs that many of them sitting in a drawer. Three at a time will serve us well! 5Not good for needlepointI selected these needle threaders specifically for threading the needle when I am needlepointing. They arrived on Sunday, I started using them immediately. Monday evening two if them broke, The small wire detached from the red plastic. The thread was not heavy. It was typical 2-ply embroidery thread. 1Hold On To Them With Both HandsBelieve it or not, you cannot find the needle threader in most modern millenary stores. I mean, the attitude is, "Who uses a needle and thread now-a-days?" When i found the threaders for sale in Amazon, I seized the opportunity and purchased two packs of 3 threaders each. I am somewhat visually impaired, so the threader is a necessary accessory in my self maintenance program. Yes, I am a male, and learned to take care of myself since age 8 (74 now). 5Don't depend on these! 3 will not last long!All 3 broke within the first hour of use! One of the 3 was not even mounted straight in the holder. Terrible product that is not convenient to depend on. 1Well-known brand makes needle-threading easyThis style of needle threader is the only kind I like to use. I've spent much more on cute animal-shaped threaders, but they are harder to use, and I found myself trying over and over to get the needle threaded in order to work on my counted cross stitch. With the Singer, which is a quality brand, just put the wire through the eye of the needle, put the thread through the wire and pull it back through the eye, and you have an easily threaded needle. There are 3 threaders in this package. 5
