    TERRIBLE- PLEASE READThese were honestly terrible. I try to not read reviews, because some things people may hate on, but it is actually good. In this case, these are terrible. It took WAY too long to iron them on. I had to put them on the inside of my jeans, to prevent the inevitable chub rub mishaps. And they were so stiff and I could feel them every second I had my jeans on. Which wouldn t be a big deal for me, but might be to other people. But then I washed them, and after one wash, on cold, and air dry, they fell off. So that was cool. 1Patch patch patch, no more holes!They work. Heat em up real good when applying, and they survive the wash just fine. If not, then attack any lifty corners with an iron again and it sticks right back down. The key thing is getting it 'melted in' at the get go. So many people I guess just 'warm' the patches on till they seem to stay, but thats nowhere near the heat and melting you need to do. 4Exactly what I needed. Managed to put a hole ...Exactly what I needed. Managed to put a hole in my pricey maternity jeans and was NOT going to buy another pair for the next three months. Patched the hole (from the inside) and then put another patch in the same place on the opposite side (where the stretchy maternity bump material meets the actual waist of the jeans) just for reinforcement. Also, was able to do a similar repair for my husbands pricey cycling jeans. I offered him a star or heart (from the bonus stencil provided), but he opted for the invisible repair from the inside, as well. Magic product :) 5Buy two packs if you want two of the same colored large patches.Disappointed that the large patches came in three different shades for the three large patches. I was hoping to put two on one pair of pants for mowing the grass. Maybe the neighbors won t notice. You will need two packs to put two of the same color large patches on.The instructions were clear. Additionally, I placed a double layer of aluminum foil within the leg and really cooked the patch on. It worked great. 4Love them. cheap way to fix your kids' pantsLove these. cheap way to fix your kids' hole in the pants. You must understand that nothing can be better than patching your jeans with a sewing machine. This is the best alternative if you don't sew, own a sewing machine, or want to save time and money. First you must apply pressure, then you must check the them after each wash. What is surprising is if they seem to come off or starting peel on the edges, just iron them back in place. It will stick right back. 5Good patchesVery nice patchers. Light and darker blue jean colors are helpful for fixing my old work jeans that fit just right. Remember to follow directions. After you dry iron them on you can let sit for about 20 minutes. It helps. I steamed iron the patches on my jeans not following directions and patches stayed on just fine after letting jeans sit for time prescribed on directions.You can cut to size or just use sizes in package. They can be used inside jeans or outside. Your preference on look you want. 5Not recommended for knee patches. The glue bond isn't strong enough; they peel off.I bought these patches to patch a hole in my blue wrangler cowboy cut jeans. I followed the instructions on the packet and used my iron to iron on the patch to the prepared area on the knee of my blue jeans. It stuck well and all edges held firm. I let the pants sit for one day and then put them to try it out. A few seconds after they were on, I bent my knee to test the patch. The patch started to peel at the edges from the slight bending. I tried to iron it back on and experienced the same results. So, I ripped it off and started over with another patch from this kit. After completing the process five times and experiencing the same results, I gave up and sewed on a patch from a pair of my older denim jeans. In conclusion, the patches seem to not have enough glue to hold in an area that experiences wear. I cannot recommend them for anything else. They may work as a craft kit, but definitely can't handle being ironed on the knee area of jeans. 1Great idea, but it doesn't workI tried these several times, trying to save a pair of fairly new jeans that developed a mysterious pair of small holes. I suspect the jeans encountered a hearty briar in the back yard.I'm not unfamiliar to ironing, and I followed the directions as exactly as I could, but after the next washing the edges came loose every time. After a second washing they fell off.Sorry singer, but you need better glue! 1Waste of money!!Waste of money.....! Though initially it looked like the Best buy ever......best way to mend torn jeans pants..... it started falling off of the jeans the best day!! It doesn t come with any instructions except a pic on the package of hot iron. I did what it said....and left the jeans overnight. Then my boy wore it the next day instead the situation got weird when the patch started falling apart!! Not on one jeans.....but one by one all of them.....! It was worst after the jeans came off the laundry :( super disappointed! 1Easy to Use / May Come Stapled TogetherSinger Denim Iron-On Repair Kit, Assorted... Were easy to use. I pre-ironed the denim jeans to get hot and flat. I then placed the adhesive side down and firmly ironed for about 35 to 45 seconds. Making sure I pressed all around the edges. I also ironed the opposite side of the jeans for good measure. Steam setting was turned off. Just to let other Amazon shoppers know... Awarded 3 Stars due to every patch having staple holes in them. All were stapled together on my package. As other reviewers have already stated, be aware that you may also receive with at least 2 Heavy Duty staples. These staples are difficult to remove with a regular desk top staple remover. Tip: Use needle nose pliers and pry the edges with a small flat head screwdriver. Do not just pull without prying the staples open first, as you may damage some of the patches. Adhesive seams to be holding up well and hope to update after the jeans have gone through a few wash cycles. 3
