    very thin and easily breaksBought this to sew face masks during the shutdown. Thread was so very thin I had trouble adjusting machine tensions. It did not break while sewing with it, but I worry how it will do when going through multiple hot washes and sterilizing. Not a good buy and I will not make this mistake again,1Go ahead and buy the cheaper thread, they will have the same qualityFor the price I paid for this I was expecting a strong thread. I already have black thread at home but it's old and breaks. This new thread also breaks and gathers little balls in the thread and gets really thin then breaks. It is so bad. I only used it for hand sewing. I made my own pattern of a pair of pants. It took me 2 days to hand sew them. I could have got them done sooner if I didn't have so much trouble with this stupid thread.1Thread not smooth, good thickness for thin clothingIt is ok. The right thickness for your thin clothing. But the thread is not smooth enough, so it tangles and makes sewing harder than it needs to be.4Cost too much for amount of thread on spoolWhat a rip off. There was enough thread on the spool to fill 2 bobbins and the quality was no better that coats and clark, which sells for less money. Actual thread is a light brown color with a reddish tint, more of a "light rust" color. The picture colored looks like a darker color that would blend in to a dark brown fabric, the actual color pops out at you when on a dark brown fabric.I'd return it, but it costs more to ship it back than I'd get back out of it.1Doesn't catch in the sewing machineMy grandma is pretty picky about thread. She had some white thread that kept getting caught in the sewing machine. Since she was helping me with a project, I ordered this one for her to use. She recently called me and asked me to order her some more. The price is great and she said that it doesn't catch in her machine so she loves it. I am ordering again.5Very dark brownIf you have material that's light beige, don't get this. It's very dark. Did not match my pants. I can't attest to the durability. I couldn't find any light beige thread that wasn't nylon (I have a nylon allergy.)4Colour is a little off but still worked greatThe thread is as advertised.
