You can never have too manyThese are three commonly used paint brushes for face painting...from teardrop techniques to fine details...I found that with these three brushes, you can create many designs quickly...I suggest at getting a couple of sets for even faster results...with all paint brushes, it takes some time getting the black or darker colors completely out of the bristles...I like to have at least two different sets ...one for darker colors, one for lighter colors5Works Great!Have used these several times to face paint and they work terrifically. They give nice lines or fill in small areas very well. Snazaroo face paint works terrifically with them too. I had used different brushes and face paint before trying Snazaroo brand and I can say that Snazaroo was so much better that it was a little crazy.5Facepaint brushesI had far better results using my brushes intended for acrylic paints. The bristles are softer and I have a better selection of sizes and shapes to get different effects with the face paint. These Snazaroo brushes... fine for some tiny simple things, but the kids said the brushes felt "pokey" (as in the bristles are poking them as I painted). The spent most of the event day in the brush cup save for needing stiffer bristles for a couple of accents on some of the older kids' face art.22 out of 3 is bad!!I got these brushes (finally) and one was a Snazaroo brush similar to advertised (different color but who cares)...that brush was the flat one. The second was a round Princeton Art & Brush Co. brush, similar to the larger round brush advertised, not what I expected but fine. I have used their brushes for canvas painting before and like them. The problem is the third one. It was like one of those free small plastic brushes that you might find in one of those paint books that you buy for your pre-schooler. It is a raggedy, cheap, plastic brush that is really useless for face painting. I don't know if they ran out of the smaller round brush and thought they would substitute it with a 5 cent plastic toy brush without me noticing,...but I noticed. Disappointed. They get one star for each usable brush they sent me and for very lame customer service because they did not contact me to let me know they didn't have what I originally ordered.2Great Quality Brushes
Though it is labeled as a starter set, I plan on reordering them. Bristles are very sturdy, stand up to multiple washes. Paint goes on easily. Will buy again.
5PerfectPerfect for face painting! Found the same product at Michaels... (you can use a 40% off coupon there)Our brushed actually came late and we were not able to use them for our party. But...overall, good product5Work greatLove them works perfectly5Not the biggest fan
I like my bushes small, but these were too small. I had to run at the last minute to buy brushes at the store because these are basically great for tiny details. I used them less than the other 6 pack I picked up. The handles are also very skinny, and after hours of facepainting, it's nice to have a thicker brush.Great for detailing, adding glitter, etc..
2Small but worksThese brushes are very inexpensive and are made well. They are very small and are only good for detail work. I am happy with them for doing small work and especially happy with how fair the price is for the quality. I only gave four stars on my rating because I thought they would be a little larger. Other than that, they really are worth every penny paid.Snazaroo Face Painting Products 1192505 Pack of 3 Face Paint Brushes S4Good selection of brushes for basic face painting
Good selection of brushes for basic face painting. This along with the brushes included in the Snazaroo party pack were more than enough for my entire family to do 2 faces at a time. So much better than the lousy stuff from the Halloween store. I'm confident these will last at least a few Halloweens.
4What you would expectOrdered to use with make-up kit. Ended up using cosmetic sponges instead. These have plastic handles, are fairly small and not of high quality -- but, as expected.3Snazaroo Face Painting Brushes - Set of 3I bought these Face Painting Brushes with the Snazaroo Mega Face Painting Kit, for my Nephew, who wanted me to turn him into Jeff Hardy's "Creature" for an event at his school. These brushes worked well, and helped with application of Snazaroo's Face Paints, My Eye Shadows, and Black Lipstick. I still have them, and will continue to use them for other Face Painting needs. My item came promptly and was packaged well. I was pleased with both product and Seller.5Inexpensive teaching resource.I use a number of these sets to teach beginners how to face paint.5Happy little ones
I used these brushes to paint faces at a holiday event in a nearby community. The previous year, I used face-painting crayons and realized very quickly that they weren't the right tool for creating pictures on tiny faces. For this year's event, I came better prepared. By the time we had finished for the day, my fellow volunteers and I had painted about 150 little faces. It was a great day!
