    Description

    Brothers Richard and Adam were working in their parent's sandwich shop in Holywell, Wales, when overnight, things changed for them. The young opera singers, Richard (22, tenor) and Adam (19, baritone) appeared on the mega-hit show Britain's Got Talent, and the rest is history. They came in third on the show and wowed audiences with their harmonious, spine tingling voices and raw honest talent. But it was their performance on the show's finale that surged them to stardom. While Richard and Adam were singing, one of the members of the orchestra started throwing eggs at judge Simon Cowell the video was posted on YouTube and went viral with over 2 million views. The exposure shot them to stardom and the result is their appropriately named debut album, The Impossible Dream.

    Great CD but comes in a broken case & NO Seller response!I love this CD & I love Richard & Adam!! Many times there are only 1 or 2 good songs on a CD & this one has all great songs!! The CD was in great condition. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because it was poorly package so the case for the CD was busted up pretty good. I tried reaching out to the Seller twice to see if I could get at least a new case and no response at all. So expect a broken case but a good CD knowing no one will respond no matter what & you won't be disappointed.4Welsh brothers sing their way into musical stardomI LOVE this CD because these two brothers, Richard and Adam, have a timbre (quality of sound) that few other singers have at the present time. Richard is a tenor; Adam, a baritone and in two-part harmony, their voices blend together to create a beautiful sound that is exquisite! They're vocally able to sing Nessun Dorma, an operatic aria, from Turnandot, by Puccini. It was a real thrill to hear them sing it! ANYTHING they sing sounds so great because of the timbre they have.5One of my favorites, but...I watched BGT and saw these brothers. They blew my mind! I purchased all their CD's. However there seems to be a mechanical sound to their voices on the CD' s. I beleive this is due to the stuido engineer's, the beautiful spontaneity and incredible sound is muted. Sounds too manufactured on the CD. I still love their voices and listen to the CD's often. They still thrill me. But i cant wait till they release a live CD!!!! Highly recommend these brother's music.5Their Voices Are Magical As Is This CDThese two brothers appeared on Britain's Got Talent a couple of years ago. They did not win. They came in third. But as far as I am concerned, they won hands down. They would have won on The Voice. They would have won on Rising Star. Their voices blend so melodically, it's almost magical. Not only do their voices compliment each other, they are almost pitch perfect. Almost all of the 10 cuts on this CD gives the listener the best experience they will ever hear in their lives. The first cut is The Impossible Dream from Man of La Mancha. This song is dramatic and will make the hair on your arms stand at attention. I have heard many singers through the years. These two singers - brothers - are really marvelous. They have to be heard to be believed. Take the time and buy this CD. You will not believe what you are hearing. I keep replaying it and its driving my wife crazy. SyCo Records (owned by Simon Cowell) did one of the smartest deals in his life when he signed these two. I don't know how long these two will be around but hold fast to their rising stars. However long they are heard will be the best gift you could ever give.5Wow, what a team!Excellent song selection! Wonderful harmony! Beautiful voices! Best thing for me is they do more than just sing a song. They both interpret and express the feeling of the words vocally. I was brought to tears several times because of the way their voices intertwine and their beautiful souls come through their music. This is without a doubt one of my favorite CDs. I am so looking forward to hearing more from them.5Good First EffortRichard and Adam are amazing singers (brothers) whose voices blend beautifully. This CD ialso ncludes the songs that they sang on Britain's Got Talent, with better arrangements. "The Impossible Dream" on the television show was good, but this arrangement gives each singer a chance to shine (the televison version was a bit one-sided toward the baritone). A nice surpise was their version of Abba's "The Winner Takes It All". No where is the club-dance mix? lolThis is a good introduction to these amazing Welsh brothers, and I look forward to more in 2014.4Background music too loud!I love these artists and i think they are super talented but the production of their voices is very much overshadowed by the loud background music. I think their pure voices were much better before it was squeezed out by production line perfection. To me their very best voices and performance was when they debuted on Britain's got Talent. They need to rediscover their roots and pure voices again. Perhaps they just got swept away by agents, fame and some fortune which usually goes hand in hand with misdirection for new artists.2Great singing.I bought the cd strictly for The Impossible Dream. Not as good as their showing on Britain s got talent, 1913 version. They were fabulous on that show!4
