    Great to Have Casting Crowns Continuing What They Have Begun in music and Song!Where was Casting Crowns when I was a young Christian, back in the covered wagon days? I sure could have benefited and been encouraged by their songs that challenge specific areas of growth, needed self examination, and grew within music that touches my soul for where God is leading me as I follow Jesus Christ. OK, so they weren't around back a number of years ago. But they are now, and oh how I sense God speaking through their music and lyrics. "One Step Away" not only has their almost trademark of doing something new and different with their talented musicians, it encourages and challenges both at the same time to take more steps closer to following the Lord Jesus Christ. And I love to hum along with the baritone portions of "Loving My Jesus". Listening to Casting Crowns often reminds me of God's servant David and his desire to dance before the one whose heart was seeking to be undone before Him. And, why hasn't their album "Glorious Day Hymns of Faith" had more air time on radio? Whenever I listen to any of Casting Crowns, I feel as if I would be welcomed to stand along side of Mark Hall if I were in a room with him, thanking him for being available to be used by the Grace of God to touch many hearts, including yours truly.5This group is PHENOMENALThis group is by far my favorite band! I've been in love with their first albums and Thrive especially. This new album doesn't disappoint. Great messages and wonderful uplifting music. I was able to see them recently in concert for this tour and LOVED it. I was even able to take my 6 year old son. Amazing group, amazing music, Highly recommend.5It's as if they read my heart and soul and put it to beautiful words and music and I can't thank them enoughMy husband who doesn't necessarily play Christian music unless he hears me playing it really likes this CD. He couldn't stop humming "Hallelujah" at his work.This whole CD is one of my favorites. I am now more excited than ever that I get to see them live in a few weeks. I've been listening to this in my office all day. Each song provides encouragement and hope. My favorite song is "What If I Gave Everything?" What a great question. It speaks to where I am right now and builds on the theme of having deep water faith in the shallow end that they've expressed in earlier songs. This song is a challenge to really step out and do what Jesus calls us to do, to love like Jesus calls us to love. The imagery of being called into deep water is powerful and the image of playing with sand when we have the faith to move mountains is convicting.5Casting Crowns is a GREAT group!Great new album! Cast Crowns is always very good and you can understand the words unlike other music groups! Great message that does not use suggestive lyrics like Country music continues to use!5Best album yet!Love, love, love this CD!
