Such a great buy.5Quality EaselThese are perfect for what I do with them (exhibit prints in meeting rooms). They arrived fast and are very easy to set up - hold them from the top, give a quick shake, and they snap together. I like the adjustable height for the display holders. They are a little heavy for traveling, so I have to ship them from event to event. With no brackets holding the legs, you do have a risk of collapsing the easel if someone bumps into it - so keep them out of a heavy traffic area.4Exactly as described - cheap, lightweight, perfect for foam core signageThis was perfect for what I needed it for - a lightweight easel to display foam core signage at an event. It packs up small, setup takes about 3 seconds, and you can adjust the height of the display. I wouldn't use it in high traffic areas, and I doubt it will have extraordinary longevity - the elastic cord inside the collapsible legs is bound to give out, or the plastic display holders will break from stress/wear and tear over time. But I'm sure they will last for dozens of uses, so if you need something that you'll only setup a few times a year and dont want to make a major investment, you can't beat the price on these - I bought 4 because Prime offerred overnight delivery, I needed them next day for a work assignment, and I didnt want to spend a ton of my own money... and I'm keeping them, becauae I can think of a million other ways to use them, at work and outside it.4Great for indoor events!I do a lot of events and kept borrowing easels when I would need them. I finally decided to purchase a couple of these to keep on hand. They fold up GREAT and don't take up much room at all. I wouldn't trust them for an outdoor event unless there is not a breeze whatsoever as they aren't very sturdy, but they get the job done for indoors! I only had foam board signs on them too so it was not very heavy. I wouldn't recommend for a heavier picture.5Excellent QualityThese worked great for an art exhibit at a venue where nothing could be hung. Surprisingly lightweight and sturdy. The pegs that hold whatever is being displayed are repositional. The easel legs also adjust to various heights. Easy to erect and to disassemble. Great quality at a great price.5Easy to travel with, and perfect for my wedding!Worked out perfectly to hold up a welcome sign at my wedding! It seems slightly unstable, but I loved that it wasn't bulky like my other easel. And this one folded up super easy, and was nice and compact compared to the other one too. The plastic clips on it are movable, which made it easy to change out differently sizes signs and not have them look weird by being too high or too low. It traveled to the beach with me and back to Kentucky for the reception.5Have a light hand and go softlyI suppose this was a fair easel for the price, however if you want something sturdier, I would recommend a solid wood or heavier easel. Would really only be useful if you have a light hand and go easy. Due to the lightweight I was able to carry this easel and a light canvas several treacherous miles through the back woods of the blue ridge mountains in Virginia, where I set out to paint the forest from within. It took 3 days to find the right spot and when I did, I found more than I had set out for. I found beauty in the single fallen yellow leaf. It lay there among the others as natural as a stream runoff from a distant waterfall, and as common as a blade of grass in an old farmers afternoon field. Although time had worked the leaf from its former green to a sunlit yellow, it remained soft and held on to life. There I saw my own fate reflected back to me. A man in later years of life, past the time of growth and edging ever closer to the ends of my physical existence. This fallen bit of color now only temporarily separated from the tree that gave it life and nurtured it through roots fed by the forest floor. Now only to return to the ground and give new life to more of the same. So too, does the old man return to where he began this endless journey. And there I sat aware of my spirit within the woods.3Five StarsUse it to hold signs in my real estate listings.5For holding light signs, this is an awesome easel.It may be a bit flimsy, won t stand up to much abuse, won t carry a heavy canvas, and it doesn t look impressive. But it is perfect for what I need it for.I don t think that it would be possible to have a quicker setup, simply hold the top hinge in two fingers and let go. It magically assembles itself because of the elastic cord running down the center of the hollow legs.The important part is that the part that holds your sign is completely adjustable, which I didn t gather from other reviews. The little stands simply flip out and click into place on the round leg. This means that you can adjust the height pretty easily.I personally used this for an instructional sign for a photoshoot, and it worked excellently. It took about 20 seconds to assemble. I think that I spent more time staring in awe as it pulled itself together than it actually took to unfold.Re-folding it is a little more difficult, but not impossible. You just need some patience in how you grip it. It folds down small enough to fit in my gear bags and barely be noticed. I would love it if there were a canvas storage bag for it, but as is I simply saved the box to keep it from accidentally expanding in my gear bag, or getting crushed under heavier things. With some care, I have a feeling this will be a part of my kit for years to come.5Lightweight and portable!Pretty sufficient for a lightweight stand. The only issue I had is with the tiny little arms - they can be finicky to get level, and they can slide if the object has any heft to it. I think the item I was using was heavier than most canvas or prints will be, but something to consider. This is a VERY lightweight and portable stand, and definitely has it's place, just be considerate that weight and sturdiness often go hand in hand.4
